Why it matters

How to take it
Test once a day around the middle of your cycle. When the test line is as dark as the control line, ovulation is likely in the next 1 to 2 days. [Exact steps: copy from the pack]
How long
Buy several strips and test daily for some days each cycle. Your consultant tells you which days.
Do not use it if

How to use it
1 Dip the strip into urine, up to the MAX line. Never above it.
2 Hold it there for the seconds written on the pack.
3 Lay it flat and wait the minutes written on the pack.
4 Read it. T line as dark as C, or darker = POSITIVE.
Always follow the instructions on your test's own pack. A positive ovulation test is not a pregnancy test.
When to start testing
Day 1 is the first day of real bleeding. Start on this day of your cycle, once a day, until you get a positive.
