An ovulation test shows the hormone your body releases 1 to 2 days before ovulation. It shows your real fertile days, not a calendar guess.
1 Dip the strip into urine, up to the MAX line. Never above it.
2 Hold it there for the seconds written on the pack.
3 Lay it flat and wait the minutes written on the pack.
4 Read it. T line as dark as C, or darker = POSITIVE.
Always follow the instructions on your test's own pack. A positive ovulation test is not a pregnancy test.
Count Day 1 as the first day of real bleeding. Then start testing on this day of your cycle, once a day, at about the same time, until you get a positive.

Your most fertile days are today and the next 1 to 2 days. If you are trying for a baby, every 1 to 2 days during these days is enough. Record it: circle the test in your booklet or tap it in My Cycle.
